We create seamless and durable products through high-frequency radio frequency welding technology and possess a unique patented airtight waterproof technology, meeting the IPX8 waterproof standard. Some products are made of biodegradable and environmentally friendly materials and are equipped with auxiliary rescue designs (such as buoyancy devices). Over the years, we have fulfilled over 2,500 bulk orders for more than 50 countries and continuously optimize our product designs and features to meet your market needs. What kind of payment you can provide?

We can do EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU,DDP base on customer’s detailed demands.

How can I get the samples? Is that for free?

Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free, but a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our Paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach. If you want your own designs, it takes 7-15 days, subject to your designs whether they need a new printing screen, etc.

If I provide my sketches/design, can you sign an NDA With me to protect my design?

Of course, we are professional in OEM/ODM projects and we protect all the designs of every client, we will sign NDA to ensure that we won’t send your artwork to any other clients and won’t sell your OEM items to anyone else.

Can I start with a small order for testing?

Yes. We understand that many brands and sellers want to test the market before committing to very large orders. For some items we can support smaller trial orders. Share your plan with us and we will recommend the most suitable product and configuration.

Can you support drop shipping or direct shipment to Amazon warehouses?

For e-commerce sellers, we can prepare products with barcodes, FNSKU labels and carton markings according to platform requirements.
Goods can be shipped directly to designated warehouses, and we can help optimize carton sizes to reduce storage and shipping costs.

How to ship the goods?

For bulk orders by sea normally, sometimes by air if the goods need very urgent. And for samples by Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, base on customers detailed demands.

How to pay deposit and balance?

Trade assurance for mass production orders and samples. Or Paypal, Western Union for samples fee will be OK.
